This is a lager-style base malt made from premium North American 2-row barley. North Star Pils brings overtones of honey and sweet bread with supporting flavor and aroma notes of hay and nutty character. Its light color, almost neutral flavor, and low protein content make Premium Pilsner an excellent choice for brewing clear, clean-tasting lagers.
