We are a small USDA manufacturer of Jerky located in Upstate New York. Our jerky is hand made in small batches by Joe and Keenan not in some large factory. We also operate a Custom Butcher Shop, Boar's Head Deli, Pizzeria and Corner Market offering a large selection of locally made products.
