It is an old favorite in the Chinese Hakka's tradition. Our tea masters rediscovered this excellent fruit tea process and present to you this "new" fashioned fruit tea. For each cup, use one tea bag. Brew from 3 to 4 minutes according to desired strength. For iced tea, always double the strength of the brew. Pour over ice and serve. Drink it pure or add honey to enhance the taste.
