(Jicaro es un rbol pequeo de la familia de las bignoniceas. La especie es conocida con el nombre de huaje cirial en Centroamrica, como morro y en algunas reas es conocido como jcaro o tecomate)

It is one of the most traditional and important drinks of Nicaraguan gastronomy. It is a drink made from Jcaro seeds, cinnamon and vanilla soaked rice.
(Jicaro is a small tree of the bignoniaceae family. The species is known by the name of huaje cirial in Central America, as morro and in some areas it is known as jcaro or tecomate)
