Malted Oats This malted oat from Fawcett is great for improving body and flavor in dark beers. This extremely unique malt adds a very distinct texture and smoothness, reminiscent of brewing with flaked outs. Typically usage is at a rate of 5-10%. Commonly used in Stouts and Porters, but it isn't uncommon in IPAs and other English Style Ales. 1.9-2.3L
