This pressure seal form is made of the highest paper grade with a secure cohesive. This 8-1/2" x 11" form features a Z fold and has a blue screen on the face. This paper has a blockout back for extra security. It is heat resistant and smear proof for superior legibility and performance. Sold in boxes of 2000.
