Whole pitted black cherries, graded and selected by hand after candying, which is done by dipping them in tasty syrup. The sour cherries are candied in small vats. Their natural sweetness and soft texture is preserved by the candying syrup. Calibre: 18/20. Excellent for use in cocktails, ice-cream sundaes with friends, in confectionery for leavening, cakes and toppings. The preservation syrup can also be used.
