Alara Gluten Free Luxurious Porridge is delicious, sustainable and different. It is a porridge without any oats. It is made of with Gluten free whole- grain rice flakes, millet fakes and buckwheat flakes combined with linseeds to create a nutritionally balanced, high-fibre, luxurious breakfast and anytime snack. Buckwheat is also rich in flavonoids, particularly cholesterol-controlling rutin. Mixed with the brown rice, they are an excellent source of proteins and vitamins like niacin, thiamine and foliate and minerals, including manganese, phosphorus and magnesium. The high content of wholegrain millet and buckwheat makes this porridge very creamy and gentle.
