How to make Ingredients (seasoned) 2lbs stew beef 1lb smoked fish tsp salt 1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon - cup palm oil 5-6 cups water 1 package Albasa Ogbono Soup Mix Instruction 1.Add beef, salt, bouillon and 1 cups water to medium pot. 2.Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried. 3.Remove meat and set aside. 4.Add remaining water and oil and bring to a boil. 5.Quickly stir in Ogbono mix and meat. 6.Cook uncovered on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7.Add smoked fish and cook for two minutes.
