Combining these grains with only spring water and using centuries old bronze dies result in the highest quality of pasta in Italy. Alessi Linguine is a perfect pasta for thicker, meaty sauces or the famous Italian dish, Linguine con Vingole linguine with clam sauce. The texture of the bronze dies allows for the sauce to better adhere to the strands.
