  • MONOCULTIVAR PICUAL- is a variety of Spanish origin. It has a strong intensity, fruity green with olive notes, tomato leaves, fig tree, bitter and spicy notes.
  • SINGLE SOURCE-Single sourced, cold extracted EVOO is critical to getting quality olive oil. Alonso is familiar with their olives and know how to best extract the most flavor and quality from each of their olive variety's. Every step is done onsite to ensure quality from harvest to pressing, as fast as possible.
