Anna Elicoidali, similar to rigatoni, is a medium-sized tube pasta that consists of flat-cut tubes with ridges on the outside. The slightly narrower shape and ridges on the surface curved around the tube make elicoidali perfect for pasta salads, thick sauces, cheese-based sauces and casseroles.
