A High Alpha Acid Hop With A Herbal Smoky Character When Used For Aroma Or When When dry hoping. Chinooks are Excellent For American-Style Pale Ales, Especially Those Brewed To Higher Gravities. Typical Beer Styles include IPAs, Stouts, Porters and Barley Wines. Lupulin is Abundant And Yellow-Orange Color. Alpha Acid 12.0 - 14.0% Beta Acid 3.0 - 4.0% Cohumulone 29 - 34%
