• It takes 12-13 kg (almost 29 pounds) of green Arbequina olives to obtain 1 litre of Basilippo Gourmet. This is in comparison to 5 kg of olives for every liter of oil for common producers.
• The aroma is that of Green Apple, Herbs, Green Tomato, Almond y Green Banana, recalls to Olive Leaf. The flavor is complex and elegant with very light bitterness and a pungent finish with the slight flavor of cayenne and green almond.
