Brewer's Best Natural Beer and Wine Fruit Flavoring (Coconut) - This 4 ounce natural flavor extract is great for adding notes of coconut to a batch of wine or beer, or boasting your existing flavor level to let the coconut shine through. It is recommended to add flavoring during secondary fermentation. Add flavor in a smaller amount initially (1-2 oz.) and wait 1-2 days for sampling and then adjusting the flavoring to meet your needs. A 5 gallon recipe works well with 2-4 oz of flavor added.
