All natural pineapple flavoring for beer and wine for beer add 4 oz. Per 5 gallons. For wine add to taste. Add a pineapple punch to your ale or IPA with hints of coconut oradd a boost of pineapple to your pineapple wineadd in the secondary to your desired flavor level.Add 1 - 2 ounces in 5 gallon batch let it sit for a day or 2 then taste a sample. Add more if you still need more flavor. Most recipes work well with 2-4 ounces total added.
