Founded in 1994 by its owner, Carla Haeussler Badillo. Carla's Sweets is a boutique factory manufacturing fine pastries.Our success is the result of quality and consistency. We use only the best quality ingredients available. Our variety of products: Meringues (Merenguitos), Chocolate dusted Meringues (Merenguitos con salpicadura de choco), Guava Cakes (Panetela Guayaba), Pistachio Cakes (Panetela Pistacho), Brownies (plain), Walnut Brownies, Cream Cheese Brownies, Coconut Kisses, Mantecaditos (Sandies), Mantecaditos with Guayava (Guava Sandies), Butter Cookies (Galletas de Mantequilla), Butter Cookies with Guava (Galletas de Mantequilla con Guayaba). Some of the ingredients used are: Butter (Mantequilla), cream cheese (queso crema), flour (harina), guava (Guayaba), chocolate, sugar (azcar), whole eggs (huevos enteros), egg whites (claras de huevo), walnuts (nueces), wheat flour (harina de trigo), pistachios (pistacho), etc. Products are carefully hand packed in our signature cellophane bags.
