Ruby red, this classical Italian style wine features rich, spicy berry aromas in a very dry wine with a medium body, perfect with Italian cuisine. Sweetness: DRY Body: LIGHT-MEDIUM Oak Intensity: LIGHT This kit makes a 6 Gallon batch (23 L) which yields approximately 28-30 standard 750 ml Bottles.
