Complimented by warm spice notes Malbec boasts aromas and flavors of ripe blackberry and blackcurrant. The addition of our Merlot Genuine Winery Dried Grape Skins creates a chewy deep rustic red wine with intense cherry flavors and blended oak undertones. Includes 125g of Genuine Dried Grape Skins. Genuine grape skins are crushed whole grape skins gently dried in a proprietary process that preserves their original color and fresh vineyard flavor. Fermentation on Genuine dried grape skins enhances the color flavor profile and bouquet of wine. Genuine grape skins are easy to work with and consistently provide excellent results.
