This is a hot-medium salsa made with serrano peppers. It is great for cooking, chips, and is a go-to snack when Beba entertains friends and family. This salsa is the most popular flavor due to it's slight "kick" paired with the natural flavorings from fresh garlic cloves. Maria Silva is originally from San Luis Potos, Mexico and has been in United States for years. She worked for the State of Texas for years before finding her passion of creating and selling her familys original salsa recipe. In the summer of 2013, her husband secretly rolled the dice on a contest on her behalf and won. This is when Maria knew she had something to offer. Shortly afterwards, co-workers and friends were requesting Marias salsa on a daily basis. With every consecutive week, the orders were growing. Today, Bebas Pfresh Salsa is sold at farmers markets, Market Days across Texas hill country, local grocery stores and now at all HEB Central Markets in Texas! Wondering where our name came from? Deciding to name our salsa, Bebas was simple. Beba is Marias nickname. The family lived in Pflugerville, all of her ingredients are fresh and is an authentic Mexican salsa. Bebas Pfresh was born and has grown in Pflugerville and now in Elgin Texas. Despite their growth, Bebas is committed to making our traditional Mexican salsa pfresh every week! This salsa is all Pfresh vegetables, we get our tomatoes from the famers market. This product has no corn syrup, no GMS, no sugar added, and glucose free this product last a year unopened but once you opened it, it should last a month we sell our products in farmers markets, in Texas if you would like a discount please bring back a jar and for each jar you bring back to us, we can give .50 discount
