• HOW TO COOK USING Hob/Microwave. Whisk 85g of Curry Sauce Mix into 340ml cold water in a pan. Bring to the boil stirring constantly simmer for 2 min on low heat. Serve hot. 800Wt microwave oven set timer on full power for 5 min (stir well every minute).

(Serves 3-6): Whisk 85g (3oz.) of Curry Sauce Mix into 340 ml (12 fl. oz.) of cold water in a sauce pan. Bring to the boil stirring constantly Simmer for 2minutes on very low heat. Serve hot.

Microwave From Ambient.
(Serves 3-6): Whisk 85g (3 oz.) of Curry Sauce mix into 340 ml (12 fl. oz.) of cold water in a large casserole dish. For 800 watt microwave oven, set timer on full power for 5 minutes. Stir well after every minute (guide only, times may vary according to power of microwave).
