Known for enhancing fresh fruit and floral notes, this yeast performs best at cooler fermentation temperatures between 53F and 57F (12C14C) and maintains alcohol tolerance up to 14%. Easy Directions: 1. Rehydrate the yeast in warm water (100F110F) for 1015 minutes. 2. Add the rehydrated yeast to the must or grape juice. 3. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution. 4. Maintain fermentation between 50F80F until complete. This yeast delivers a clean, refined finish with enhanced aroma and balanced flavor.
