FUKAMUSHI CHA -DEEP STEAMED GREEN TEA -Green tea leaves which are steamed twice as long as regular Sencha. Due to the length of steaming, tea becomes sweeter and richer. By steaming longer, the length of the tea leaf is short and crisp. Therefore, steeping time is very short to maintain the rich full flavor.
*It is ideal to use a Kyusu (Japanese Teapot) with a fine mesh screen.*
