Homemade vegetable stock is nutrient dense, and a key ingredient in many recipes, from soups and stews to purees and sauces. This bundle includes all of the locally grown vegetables and herbs you will need to make a big batch of stock. Each bundle contains onions, carrots and parsley as well as seasonal items like parsnips, leeks, celeriac (a.k.a. celery root), garlic and fennel.
